住房产权、婚姻状况与社会工作者主观幸福感——基于2019年中国社会工作动态调查数据的实证分析

摘　　要：提升社会工作者等群体幸福感是新时代民生保障工作的重要立足点。基于2019年中国社会工作动态调查数据,对我国社会工作者主观幸福感进行实证研究。发现其主观幸福感仅处于中等层次水平,并存在世代递减,户籍分化,个体差异等特征。就其影响机制而言,住房产权不仅对社会工作者主观幸福感具有显著的正向直接影响,并通过婚姻状况的中介而间接影响其主观幸福感,具有双重影响,凸显住房产权影响的关键性。而住房产权对社会工作者主观幸福感的直接影响随世代结构的演变而顺次降低,但其间接效应却随之显著提高,使得住房产权的效应结构因世代结构差异而完全不同;住房产权的总效应仍呈现沿世代结构演进而小幅度上升的态势,凸显其影响的世代结构性。因此,必须根据实际影响路径,采取相应对策以进一步提高社会工作者主观幸福感。Improving people’s happiness is the core task of the work in the new era.Based on the data of China social work longitudinal survey in 2019,it is found that the overall level of social workers’subjective well-being is only in the middle level,and there are such phenomena as generation decline,household registration differentiation and individual differences.Moreover,the housing property right not only has a significant positive and direct impact on the subjective well-being of social workers,but also indirectly affects their subjective well-being through the intermediary role of marital status,highlighting the key of the impact of housing property right.There are significant gender differences in the impact of housing property rights and marital status,both of which have greater impact on the subjective well-being of female social workers than that of men,highlighting the gender differences in their impact.The generation structure has a significant regulatory effect on housing property rights.The direct and positive influence of housing property right on social workers’subjective well-being decreases with the evolution of generation structure,but its indirect effect increases significantly,which makes the effect structure of housing property right completely different due to the difference of generation structure.However,the total effect of housing property rights is still rising with the evolution of generation structure,highlighting the generation structure of housing property rights.Therefore,we must take corresponding measures according to the actual influence path to further improve the subjective well-being of social workers.
