摘 要:针对吉林石化公司某厂加氢催化剂活性低的问题,通过N;物理吸附(BET)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、H_(2)程序升温还原(H_(2)-TPR)和动态脉冲H_(2)吸附等表征手段,分析对比了2批催化剂的的差异。研究发现,在基本物性、化学组成上无明显差异,第一批生产催化剂的镍分散度更高,具有更低的氢气还原温度和更高的催化加氢活性。最后,结合该催化剂的生产工艺和生产状况,分析了2批催化剂活性差异的可能原因。Aiming at the low activity of the hydrogenation catalysts produced by the a plant of Jilin Petrochemical Company,we have analyzed and compared the differences between the two batches of catalysts through a series of characterization methods such as N;physical adsorption(BET),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),H_(2) temperature programmed reduction(H_(2)-TPR)and dynamic pulse H_(2) adsorption.The results show that the two batches of catalysts have no obvious differences in basic physical properties and chemical composition.The difference in nickel dispersion of the two batches of catalysts is compared and found that the nickel dispersion of the first batch of catalysts is higher,resulting in a lower hydrogen reduction temperature and higher catalytic hydrogenation activity.Finally,combined with the production process and production status of the hydrogenation catalysts,the possible reasons for the difference in the activity of the two batches of catalysts are analyzed.
