摘 要:为探讨不同pH值沼液浸种对生菜种子萌发及幼苗品质的影响,通过分析生菜种子萌发与幼苗生理特性,以寻求生菜种子最佳沼液pH值浸种条件。以清水浸种和干播种为对照,设计不同方法处理沼液组4组,共计6组,每组设计5个平行实验。利用pH值为6.5沼液浸种后,生菜种子的发芽率、发芽势、活力指数、发芽指数、根长以及生菜幼苗叶绿素、维生素C含量具得到一定提高,显著高于清水浸种(p<0.05),部分指标优于干播种处理组。结果证明:用适宜pH值的沼液浸种有利于生菜种子萌发生长并提高幼苗品质。其中浸种沼液pH值为6.5时生菜种子萌发指标及幼苗品质综合效果最佳。To explore the effects of different pH biogas slurry soaking on lettuce seed germination and seedling quality,the germination and seedling physiological characteristics of lettuce sowing were analyzed,so that to find the best soaking pH for lettuce seeds in biogas slurry.In this paper,clear water soaking and dry sowing were taken as the control,and designed 4 slurry groups with different treatment,totally 6 groups,each group designed 5 parallel experiments.After soaking the seeds at pH 6.5,the germination rate,germination potential,vigor index,germination index,root length and chlorophyll content of lettuce seedlings of biogas slurry groups were all increased to a certain extent,which was significantly higher than that soaking in clear water(p<0.05).Some indicators were better than the dry sowing treatment group.So,soaking seeds in biogas slurry with suitable pH is beneficial to the germination and growth of lettuce seeds,and the pH value of 6.5 had the best comprehensive effect on germination and seedling quality of lettuce.
