水杉叶浸提液对银杏苗生理生化的化感效应

摘　　要：以水杉叶水浸提液为供体,银杏幼苗为受体,研究银杏幼苗对水杉叶浸提液添加的生理响应,结果表明:(1)银杏叶中可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量在低浓度水杉叶浸提液处理中低于对照,但随着添加浓度的升高而升高;银杏叶中游离脯氨酸、总黄酮含量及黄酮清除DPPH自由基能力随着浓度的升高呈“升高-降低”的变化趋势,其中T2处理的3个指标最高。(2)可溶性糖含量与可溶性蛋白含量、游离脯氨酸及总黄酮含量存在中等强度的负相关,其中与游离脯氨酸含量存在显著性相关;可溶性蛋白含量与游离脯氨酸含量存在极显著的高强度正相关,游离脯氨酸含量与总黄酮含量存在中等强度的正相关,总黄酮与其清除DPPH自由基能力存在弱度的正相关。(3)基于隶属函数评价,第一次采样时的处理排名为T2>T4>CK>T1>T3,第二次采样时的处理排名为T2>T3>T4>T1>CK,两次采样均是以T2较优。综上所述,水杉叶浸提液对银杏幼苗具有一定的化感作用,表现为中高浓度下促进,低浓度下抑制。The water extract of metasequoia metasequoia leaves was used as the donor and ginkgo biloba seedlings as the acceptor to study the physiological response of ginkgo biloba seedlings to the extract of metasequoia metasequoia leaves,so as to provide a basis for the construction of metasequoia metasequoia and ginkgo biloba compound management system.The main research results were as follows:(1)the contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein in ginkgo biloba leaves were lower than those in the control group at low concentration,but increased with the increase of the added concentration;The contents of free proline and total flavonoids in ginkgo biloba leaves and the ability of flavonoids to scavenging DPPH free radicals showed a trend of"up-decrease"with the increase of concentration,among which the three indexes of T2 treatment were the highest.(2)there was a moderate negative correlation between soluble sugar content and soluble protein content,free proline content and total flavonoids content,among which,there was a significant correlation between soluble sugar content and free proline content.There was a significant positive correlation between soluble protein content and free proline content with high strength,a positive correlation between free proline content and total flavonoids content with moderate strength,and a positive correlation between total flavonoids and its ability to scavenging DPPH free radicals.(3)based on the evaluation of membership functions,the processing ranking of the first sampling was T2>T4>CK>T1>T3,and the processing ranking of the second sampling was T2>T3>T4>T1>CK.To sum up,the extract of metasequoia metasequoia leaves has a certain allelopathic effect on ginkgo seedlings,which is promoted at medium and high concentration and inhibited at low concentration.
