区域体育服务业竞争力评价模型构建研究

摘　　要：借鉴波特钻石模型理论,运用文献资料调研、专家访谈、主成分分析、层次分析、数理统计等定量与定性相结合的方法,从生产要素,需求条件,支持性产业及相关性产业,企业策略、市场结构及同行竞争,政府行为和机会6个角度构建了含有13个评价指标的区域体育服务业竞争力评价模型。研究发现:1)皮尔逊相关性检验和一元线性关系有效地解决了统计数据不可获取问题与数据缺失问题,避免了人为的主观判断差异;2)充分考虑相对指标与绝对指标的使用情况,避免评价指标因客观差异而存在的双重解释,以筛选出核心的评价指标及同类评价指标最具有代表性的评价指标;3)主成分分析法与层次分析法的综合运用实现了“主观判断验证客观结果,客观结果支撑主观判断”的良性闭环,也验证了区域体育服务业竞争力评价指标体系构建的科学性和合理性。Referring to Porter’s diamond model theory,the study uses methods of literature review,expert interview,principal component analysis,analytic hierarchy process,mathematical statistics and others with integrating quantitative and qualitative research methods,and builds a regional sports service industry competitiveness evaluation model with 13 evaluation indicators from six angles:Production factors,demand conditions,supporting industries and related industries,enterprise strategy,market structure and peer competition,government and opportunities.The analysis shows:1)Pearson correlation test and unitary linear relationship effectively solve the problem of unavailability of statistical data and lack of data,and avoid the objective differences and artificial subjective judgment differences in various regions due to unbalanced development;2)make a full consideration of the relative indicators and the absolute indicators to avoid the double interpretation of evaluation indicators because of objective differences,and screen out the core of some evaluation indicators and the most representative evaluation indicators of the same kind index;3)the comprehensive application of principal component analysis(PCA)and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)construct the closed loop that is“subjective judgment verifies objective results,and objective results support subjective judgments”,and also verifies the scientific and rational construction of the competitiveness evaluation index system of regional sports service industry.
