摘 要:采用一种镍系催化剂,在管式平推流反应器中考察了反应温度、反应压力、氢气与环戊二烯的摩尔比(简称氢烯比)与液态空速对环戊二烯选择性加氢生成环戊烯的影响;建立了幂函数表示形式的宏观动力学方程,以龙格-库塔微分算法和列文伯格-马夸尔特法优化算法拟合估值得到参数,并对模型进行统计检验。实验结果表明,适宜的反应条件为:反应温度40~50℃,反应压力1.6~2.0 MPa,氢烯比2.0~3.0,液态空速2~3 h^(-1)。模型的计算值与实验值接近,在实验条件下显著可信,可用来进一步指导工业应用。The selective hydrogenation of cyclopentadiene to cyclopentene overa nickel-based catalyst was performed in a tubular plug flow reactor at different temperatures,pressures,mole ratio of hydrogen/cyclopentadiene and LHSV.A macrokinetic equation in the form of a power function was established,and the parameters were estimated by the Runge-Kutta differential algorithm and the Levenberg-Marquardt optimization algorithm.Then the model was statistically verified.The experimental results show that the suitable reaction conditions are temperature 40-50℃,pressure 1.6-2.0 MPa,hydrogen/cyclopentadiene mole ratio 2.0-3.0,LHSV 2-3 h^(-1).The model reliability results show that the calculated values of the model agrees well with the experimental values which means the model has high reliability in terms of guiding industrial applications.
