摘 要:对于96.88%(w)水、1.69%(w)丙二醇单甲醚和1.43%(w)1,2-丙二醇体系,水和丙二醇单甲醚会形成共沸物,直接精馏能耗高。通过三元相图研究了5种萃取剂对丙二醇单甲醚和1,2-丙二醇的萃取效果,同时分别利用单级萃取模拟和多级萃取模拟筛选了适合体系的最佳萃取剂和萃取温度以及萃取的最佳操作条件。研究结果表明,甲苯、乙苯和二甲苯对萃取丙二醇单甲醚效果优异;适合水-丙二醇单甲醚-1,2-丙二醇体系的适宜萃取条件为:甲苯为萃取剂、萃取温度5℃、甲苯与原料液质量流量比1.8、萃取级数19。The direct distillation energy will be very high for the ternary system containing 96.88%(w)water,1.69%(w)propylene glycol monomethyl ether and 1.43%(w)1,2-propylene glycol,because water and propylene glycol monomethyl ether can easily form azeotrope.The extraction effects of five extractants on propylene glycol monomethyl ether and 1,2-propanediol are studied through ternary phase diagrams.The optimal extraction temperature,category of extractant,and other operating conditions are screened by single stage extraction simulation and multistage extraction simulation,respectively.The results showed that toluene,ethylbenzene,and xylene have excellent extraction effects on propylene glycol monomethyl ether.The suitable conditions for water-propylene glycol monomethyl ether-1,2-propylene glycol system are as follows:toluene is used as solvent,extraction temperature is 5℃,solvent ratio is 1.8,and the number of extraction stage is 19.
