摘 要:提出了一种电子级丙酸乙酯合成的新工艺,即在酯化合成丙酸乙酯的过程中,采用无机分子筛膜脱水并经实验验证效果,打破了乙醇-丙酸乙酯-水三元恒沸体系,避免了萃取剂和带水剂的使用;利用Aspen Plus V10化工模拟软件对丙酸与乙醇摩尔比为1∶1的该丙酸乙酯连续合成工艺进行了模拟及优化。模拟结果表明,在优化工艺条件下,采用两个精馏塔可实现丙酸乙酯产品纯度大于99.9999%(w),水和乙醇含量均低于1×10^(-6)(w),丙酸乙酯设计产能为8000 t/a时总能耗为2.78×10^(6)kJ/h。新工艺不仅节约了投资成本,提升了产能,且在低能耗下实现了高品质丙酸乙酯的连续合成。A new process for the synthesis of electronic-grade ethyl propionate was proposed.In the synthesis process of ethyl propionate by esterification,inorganic molecular sieve membrane was used for dehydration and its effect was verified by experiment.The ternary azeotropic system of ethanol-ethyl propionate-water was broken,and the use of extractant and water carrying agent was avoided.The continuous synthesis process of ethyl propionate with molar ratio of propionic acid to ethanol of 1∶1 was simulated and optimized by Aspen Plus V10 chemical simulation software.Simulation results showed that under optimized process conditions,the purity of obtained ethyl propionate was higher than 99.9999%(w)with less than 1×10^(-6)(w)water and ethanol in it,which could be achieved by using only two distillation columns.The designed capacity of ethyl propionate was 8000 t/a and the total energy consumption was 2.78×10^(6) kJ/h.The new process not only saved the investment cost and enhanced the production capacity,but also realized the continuous synthesis of high-quality ethyl propionate with low energy consumption.
