摘 要:采用直径1000 mm、高6 m、内置4块塔板的冷模塔,以空气-水为介质对非均匀开孔率十字旋阀塔板的操作弹性进行了研究。研究了十字旋阀塔板流体力学性能指标随堰高、液流强度和阀孔动能因子的变化规律,并绘制出十字旋阀塔板的雾沫夹带曲线、漏液曲线、液泛曲线和塔板负荷性能图,进而比较了塔板的操作弹性。实验结果表明,在固定操作点下,开孔率12.34%的塔板综合性能最佳,与开孔率13.33%,14.53%的塔板相比较,操作弹性分别提升17.9%,1.5%。The operating elasticity of the cross-type valve trays with non-uniform opening hole rates were studied in a 1000 mm diameter,6 m high and four layers pilot scale stainless steel column through the air-water system.By the change law of the hydrodynamic performance index of the crosstype valve trays with the height of the weir,the liquid flow strength and the valve hole kinetic energy factor,the entrainment lines,weeping lines,flooding lines and the tray load performance diagram of the trays under different opening hole rates are made,and then the operating elasticity of the trays is compared.The results show that 12.34%opening hole rate trays compared with 13.33%and 14.53%trays have the best overall performance under a fixed operating point,the operating elasticity isincreased by 17.9%and 1.5%.
