摘  要:采用DQC602催化剂在环管中试装置上生产了抗冲聚丙烯产品,并将其注塑成样片。利用WLI,WAXD,SEM等方法对样片进行了表征,并考察了样片表面光泽度沿注塑方向的变化规律。实验结果表明,低光泽抗冲聚丙烯注塑样片的表面光泽度不均匀,沿注塑方向,定模面光泽度逐渐降低,动模面光泽度逐渐升高,动模面光泽度高于定模面。注塑过程中,由于橡胶相和聚丙烯基体的流动性不同,导致橡胶相在样片中存在浓度梯度分布,从而使表面光泽度不均匀。可通过调节两相流动性,使橡胶相在聚丙烯基体中均匀分布,改善抗冲聚丙烯的表面光泽度。Impact polypropylene products were produced on a loop pilot plant with DQC602 catalyst and injected into sheet.The sheet was characterized by WLI,WAXD,SEM,and the change of surface gloss along the injection direction was investigated.The experimental results show that the surface gloss of low gloss impact polypropylene injection sheet is uneven.Along the injection direction,the gloss of stationary mold surface gradually decreases,the gloss of moving mold surface gradually increases,and the gloss of moving mold surface is higher than that of stationary mold surface.In the process of injection molding,due to the different fluidity of rubber phase and polypropylene matrix,there is a concentration gradient distribution of rubber phase in the sample,resulting in uneven surface gloss.By adjusting the two-phase fluidity,the rubber phase can be evenly distributed in the polypropylene matrix to improve the surface gloss of impact polypropylene.
