摘　　要：采用甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)得到的POE-g-GMA作为相容剂引入到聚乳酸(PLA)/聚丙烯(PP)共混体系中,利用FTIR,DSC,SEM等方法研究了POE-g-GMA对PLA/PP共混体系性能的影响,并探讨了POE-g-GMA的增容机理。实验结果表明,POE-g-GMA改善了PLA与PP的相互作用,当POE-g-GMA的含量低于6%(w)时,主要起增塑作用,活化PLA分子链的运动能力,提高PLA的结晶度;当含量高于6%(w)时,可降低PLA的结晶能力,诱导共混体系向连续相结构转变;当含量为6%(w)时,PLA/POE-g-GMA/PP的拉伸强度为29.2 MPa,断裂伸长率提高至25%,材料刚韧平衡性良好。Glycidyl methacrylate(GMA)was grafted to ethylene-octene copolymer(POE)to synthetize POE-g-GMA,which was used as a compatibilizer into the polylactic acid(PLA)/polypropylene(PP)blend system.The effect of POE-g-GMA on properties of PLA/PP blend system was investigated by FTIR,DSC,and SEM,and the compatibilization mechanism of POE-g-GMA was discussed.The experimental results show that POE-g-GMA can improve the interaction between PLA and PP.POE-g-GMA with less than 6%(w)of content mainly plays the role of plasticization,and can activate the movement ability of PLA molecular chains and improve the crystallinity of PLA.POEg-GMA with more than 6%(w)of content can reduce the crystallization ability of PLA and induce the transition of blend system to continuous phase structure.When the POE-g-GMA content is 6%(w),the tensile strength of PLA/POE-g-GMA/PP is 29.2 MPa,the elongation at break is increased to 25%,and the material has good balance of rigidity and toughness.
