摘 要:采用单宁酸和Fe^(3+)形成疏水络合物对石英砂滤料进行表面改性,制备了亲油疏水性较好的改性石英砂滤料,利用SEM和FTIR对石英砂滤料表面结构进行表征,考察了改性前后石英砂的疏水性能、黏附性能和过滤性能。实验结果表明,改性后的石英砂滤料具有较高的亲油疏水性,水的接触角为141.83°,油的接触角为0°;对水的吸附增重由未改性的160 mg/g降低到10 mg/g,对油和有机溶剂的黏附容量相较于未改性石英砂大大提高;对模拟含油污水和中国石化胜利油田某联合站滤前污水中油的去除率比未改性的石英砂滤料分别提高了25.7百分点和27.9百分点。整个改性过程在水溶液中进行,降低了制造成本,且绿色环保,具有较好的应用前景。The modified quartz sand filter material with good lipophilicity and hydrophobicity was prepared by using hydrophobic complex formed,tannic acid and Fe^(3+).The surface structure of modified quartz sand was characterized by SEM and FTIR.Besides,the hydrophobicity,adhesion and filtration properties were tested,and the surface modification mechanism was discussed.The results show that the modified quartz sand filter material possessed high hydrophobic and lipophilic properties,the contact angle of water was 141.83°,and the contact angle of oil was 0°.The absorption weight gain of pure water decreased from 160 mg/g to 10 mg/g,and the adhesion capacity of oil and organic solvent was greatly improved.Compared with the unmodified quartz sand filter material,the removal rate of oil in simulated oily wastewater and a combined station in Shengli oilfield increased by 25.7 and 27.9 percentage,respectively.The whole modification process is carried out in aqueous solution,which is economical,environment-friendly,and has good application prospects.
