骨宁丸治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折经皮椎体后凸成形术后临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药骨宁丸治疗脊柱骨质疏松性压缩骨折椎体后凸成形术(PKP)后患者的临床疗效。方法:将68例压缩骨折患者按随机数字表法分为两组各34例。两组均予PKP治疗后,治疗组予中药骨宁丸口服。治疗1个月、3个月后随访,观察并比较两组VAS、ODI评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为97.06%、76.47%,治疗组的疗效优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。治疗后两组VAS评分、ODI评分均较治疗前明显降低,治疗组评分均小于对照组(P﹤0.05)。随访3个月,治疗组VAS、ODI评分均优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:中药骨宁丸治疗脊柱骨质疏松性压缩骨折PKP术后患者能够更好地减轻术后疼痛,促进腰椎功能恢复,显著提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine Guning pill on spinal osteoporotic compression fracture after percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP).Methods:68 cases of patients with compression fracture were randomly divided into two groups by random number table,34 cases in each group.After both groups were treated by PKP,the treatment group was treated plus with Chinese herbal medicine oral Guning pill.The patients were followed up after 1 month and 3 months of treatment.The scores of VAS and ODI and the clinical effects were observed and compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 97.06%and 76.47%respectively;the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group(P﹤0.05).After treatment in two groups,the scores of VAS and ODI were significantly lower than before treatment,and the scores of treatment group were lower than those of control group(P﹤0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the scores of VAS and ODI of treatment group were better than those of control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Chinese herbal medicine Guning pill for treating spinal osteoporotic compression fracture after PKP can obviously reduce the postoperative pain,promote the recovery of lumbar spine function and significantly improve the total effective rate of clinical treatment.
