摘  要:经研究调查,总结马来西亚等国外优秀青年羽毛球运动员的损伤发生率为0.9%/1000h,专业训练产生的良好动作定型对预防损伤等方面的影响较大。反观我们国家的青年羽毛球运动员的损伤比竟然高达46%。目的:针对羽毛球运动的特殊性,为了减少运动损伤的发生率,为广大教练员们了解损伤的发生机制和错误技术动作的危害提供参考。方法:从北京体育大学体育竞技学院挑选出羽毛球专项运动员12名。通过定点二维平面拍摄在比赛中用两台高清运动摄像机(数码摄像机(GoPro—Hero))以60Hz的频率、1/1000 s的快门速度,进行视频录制。裁取有针对性的视频片段进行分析。结果:得分低于14分的运动员膝关节屈角(°)100±15°、膝关节外旋角9±5°、膝关节内收角7±6°;得分高于14分的膝关节屈角(°)125±20°、膝关节外旋角3±2°、膝关节内收角2.5±3°。结论:1)FMS得分低于14分的运动员在做技术动作时,其关节角度已经达到了损伤阈值;2)下肢FMS的得分是与膝关节损伤有紧密关系。3)青少年运动员的FMS得分左右相比均有很大差异。According to the study,the injury rate of the outstanding foreign young badminton players was controlled at 0.9/1000h,.Therefore,we can see the great training effect of fixing correct technical movements in the early training.On the other hand,the proportion of young badminton players getting injured in our country is as high as 46%.Objective:Considering the particularity of badminton,this paper aims to reduce the incidence of sports injury,and to understand the mechanism of injury and the harm of wrong technical action.Methods:12 special badminton athletes were selected from Beijing Sports University.Videos were recorded via fixed-point 2 D plane shooting with two HD motion cameras(digital cameras(GoPro—Hero))at 60Hz and 1/1,000s.Targeted video clips were cut out for analysis.Results:Athletes knee flexion()100±15,9±5,7±6 for knee flexion angle below 14 points;()125±20 above 14 points,3±2,knee inward 2.5±3.Conclusion:1)For athletes with FMS score below 14 points,their joint angle has reached the injury threshold;2)the score of lower limb FMS is closely related to knee injury.3)youth athletes have very different FMS scores.
