摘 要:目的:探讨体育专业与普通专业大学生在不同递增负荷运动试验心率及心肺耐力指标的变化,为大学生参加体育锻炼提供理论参考。方法:以广西师范大学体育专业男生20名,普通专业20名为受试对象,受试者在跑台运动上完成递增负荷运动,同时采用Polar心率带监控和气体代谢分析仪测定心肺耐力指标及三轴体力活动监控仪测定能量代谢当量情况。结果:普通专业测试者在第4等级心率达到189.8±4.9次/分钟终止了运动,体育专业在第5等级达到峰值。普通专业试验者运动强度达到13 km/h时VO_(2max)最大。体育专业试验者在15 km/h时VO_(2max)最大。普通专业测试者每等级VT值均比体育专业测试者要低(P<0.05)。普通专业测试者在4等级阶段VE值上升较明显。普通专业MET值均比体育专业测试者高,其中在等级2、3和4阶段普通专业测试者与体育专业测试者比较均有差异性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:心肺耐力水平、能量代谢当量的高低与经常参加体育锻炼及运动强度密切相关。Objective:Discuss the changes of heart rate and cardiopulmonary endurance indexes of sports majors and general majors in different incremental load exercise tests,Provide theoretical reference for college students to participate in physical exercise.Methods:20 male students majoring in physical education and 20 students majoring in other disciplines at Guangxi Normal University are the subjects.The subject completed the incremental load exercise on the treadmill.At the same time,Polar heart rate belt monitoring and gas metabolism analyzer were used to measure cardiopulmonary endurance indicators and a three-axis physical activity monitor was used to measure energy metabolism equivalent.Results:Subjects from other majors stopped exercising when their heart rate reached 189.8±4.9 beats/min at the 4th level,The sports majors reached their peak at the 5th level.The VO_(2max) of the subjects from other majors reached the maximum when the exercise intensity reached 13 km/h.The VO_(2max) of the sports majors reached the maximum at 15 km/h.The VT value at each level of the subjects from other majors was lower than that of sports majors(P<0.05).Subjects from other majors have a significant increase in the VE value on the 4th grade stage.The MET values of the subjects from other majors are higher than those of sports majors and there are differences between the subjects from other majors and sports majors at levels 2,3,and 4(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:The level of cardiopulmonary endurance and energy metabolic equivalent are closely related to the frequency of regular physical exercise and exercise intensity.
