摘 要:目前在军事体育教学训练当中普遍存在具有经验性、随意性、不规范性和缺乏科学性的特性,导致训练效果不显著。文章通过对一线教学的军事体育教练员的访谈交流,进行问卷调查、文献收集、数据整理得出教练员专业能力相对薄弱、训练当中缺乏科学性、创新性和连结性。在对于新兵的体能和考核标准的分析得出新兵体质下降、身体素质参差不齐、“时间紧任务重”,专项训练为主的特点。通过建立健全军事体能训练的标准化体系、结合当地资源培养军事体能训练骨干、军民融合下促进人才培养、引进社会体育专业人才等方法来提高教练员的专业能力,促进军事教学训练更好更快的发展。At present,the characteristics of reliance on experience,randomness,irregularity,and lack of science are common in military physical education training,which leads to insignificant training effects.Through interviews and questionnaire surveys,literature collection,and data sorting with military sports coaches in frontline teaching,the article concludes that the coaches'professional ability is relatively weak,and the training lacks scientificity,innovation and connectivity.In the analysis of the physiques and assessment standards of the recruits,it is found that the recruits are characterized by declining and uneven physical fitness,with special training as the main focus.it is suggested to improve the professional abilities of coaches and promote better and faster development of military teaching and training by establishing and improving the standardized system of military physical training,combining local resources to cultivate military physical training backbones,promoting personnel training under military-civilian integration mode,and includiing social sports professionals.
