氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀对高血压病患者的血脂及炎症反应的影响

摘　　要：目的分析氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀治疗高血压患者的效果。方法选取临汾市尧都区人民医院2019年1月至2021年1月高血压病患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组60例、对照组60例。对照组给予氨氯地平,观察组在对照组基础上加用阿托伐他汀,比较2组治疗效果、血脂水平[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、颈动脉厚度(IMT)、不良反应。结果观察组总有效率93%(56/60)较对照组80%(48/60)高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组TC、TG、LDL-C、DBP、SBP、hs-CRP、IMT水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率5%(3/60)与对照组3%(2/60)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀治疗高血压患者效果确切,可明显降低血压,调节血脂,改善颈动脉粥样硬化及炎症反应。Objective To analyze the effect of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 120 hypertensive patients in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60)by random number table method.The control group was given amlodipine,and the observation group was added with atorvastatin on the basis of the control group to compare the treatment effects and blood lipid levels of the two groups[total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL)-C)],systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),carotid artery thickness(IMT),adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93%(56/60)higher than that of the control group 80%(48/60)(P<0.05);After treatment,the observation group had TC,TG,LDL-C,DBP,SBP,hs-CRP,The IMT level was lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 5%(3/60)and the control group 3%(2/60)had no signifi-cant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine combined with atorvastatin is effective in treating patients with hypertension,which can significantly reduce blood pressure,regulate blood lipids,and improve carotid atheroscle-rosis and inflammation.
