补中益气汤联合六味安消胶囊治疗脾虚气弱型老年功能性便秘临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究补中益气汤联合六味安消胶囊治疗脾虚气弱型老年功能性便秘的疗效,为临床治疗提供依据。方法选择2019年1月—2020年1月江西省进贤县人民医院接诊的100例脾虚气弱型老年功能性便秘患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(50例)与对照组(50例)。对照组患者给予六味安消胶囊口服治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合补中益气汤加味加基础疗法治疗。2组均以10 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后,比较2组患者的临床积分与治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,研究组患者的中医证候积分结果明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组的不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补中益气汤联合六味安消胶囊治疗脾虚气弱型老年功能性便秘效果显著。Objective To study the effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with Liuwei Anxiao capsule in the treatment of senile functional constipation of deficiency of spleen and qi type,and to provide basis for clinical treatment.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,100 elderly patients with functional constipation of deficiency of spleen and qi type were randomly divided into study group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases).The control group was treated with Liuwei Anxiao capsule orally,while the study group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi decoction plus basic therapy on the basis of the control group.Both groups took 10 days as a course of treatment,and the efficacy was evaluated after two courses.The clinical integral results and treatment effect of the two groups were compared.The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with Liuwei Anxiao capsule on elderly patients with functional constipation of deficiency of spleen and qi type is significant.
