夏日冷饮与《伤寒论》中痰饮病的联系

摘　　要：夏季体内阳气相对不足,饮入大量冰冻饮品,寒饮犯胃,胃气上逆,较轻的会出现呃逆不止,心下痞硬,即旋覆代赭汤证;若损伤胃阳,水饮内停,会出现胃脘部痞闷,有振水音,四肢厥冷、下利的茯苓甘草汤证;或出现寒饮停聚、胃中虚寒,以吐涎沫、头痛为主症的吴茱萸汤证;若进一步损伤脾阳,则会导致脾阳虚水停,出现胃脘胀满、眩晕、胸胁支满的苓桂术甘汤证;甚或损伤肾阳,造成肾阳虚水泛的真武汤证。脾肾阳气虚损,导致人们体质渐渐变差,精神不振,经常感冒生病,出现各种慢性病,不利于人体的健康。In summer,the body was relatively deficient in yang,if you drank a lot of frozen drinks,they would invade the stomach so that stomach qi upward reversal,then the people would got hiccups and their gastric area would be full which was treated with Xuanfu Daizhe decoction.If the stomach Yang was damaged and the water was stopped in stomach,there would be symptoms including distention in the stomach,with succession splash,limbs frosty and diarrhea which was cured by Fuling Gancao decoction.If cold fluid was stopped in the stomach,they would damage the stomach yang,and then the people would spit liquid and had a headache which was treated with Wuzhuyu decoction.If spleen yang was further damaged,it would lead to the deficiency of spleen Yang and the syndrome of Linggui Zhugan Decoction with epigastric fullness,dizziness and fullness in chest and rib cage would occur.Or even the kidney Yang was damaged,causing the kidney Yang couldn’t control water,so that the water flowed to the whole body which was healed by Zhenwu decoction.It would lead to people’s constitutions getting worse if yang qi in spleen and kidney were weakness,they would feel in low spirits and catch cold frequently,suffer from various chronic diseases,which were detrimental to people’s health.
