中药保留灌肠治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药保留灌肠对湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法选择鞍山市经济开发区远卫生院收治的湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎患者86例,随机分为2组,各43例。对照组予常规西药治疗,治疗组加用中药保留灌肠法治疗,疗程共14 d。结果2组患者中医证候积分均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更显著(P<0.05);2组血液流变学指标及血清炎性因子指标均明显改善(P<0.05),且组间比较,治疗组均改善更显著(P<0.05);治疗组临床总有效率为95.35%(41/43)优于对照组83.72%(36/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药保留灌肠可抑制慢性盆腔炎患者体内炎性反应,改善血液流变学,消除患者湿热瘀结型中医症状,疗效较好,临床值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine retention enema on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of dampness-heat stasis type.Methods A total of 86 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with dampness-heat stasis were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine retention enema for 14 days.Results The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of 2 groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).The indexes of hemorheology and serum inflammatory factors were significantly improved in both groups(P<0.05),and the improvement was more significant in treatment group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 95.35%(41/43),which was better than that of the control group(83.72%,36/43),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine retention enema can inhibit the inflammatory response in the body of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation,improve hemorheology,and eliminate the dampness-heat stasis syndrome.The curative effect is good.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
