中药联合热敏化腧穴埋线治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折术后便秘临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察内服中药联合热敏化腧穴埋线治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折术后便秘的临床疗效。方法60例胸腰椎压缩性骨折术后便秘患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组采用内服中药联合热敏化腧穴埋线治疗,对照组予口服乳果糖口服溶液治疗,共治疗2周。以首次排便时间、便秘严重程度评分及临床症状为观察指标进行疗效评价。结果治疗组的总有效率明显优于对照组,2组治疗后及随访时便秘严重程度评分均明显优于治疗前,治疗组治疗后及随访时便秘严重程度评分均明显优于对照组,治疗组的首次排便时间明显优于对照组。结论内服中药联合热敏化腧穴埋线治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折术后便秘有较好疗效,优于口服乳果糖口服溶液,值得临床借鉴。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of postoperative constipation of thoracolumbar compression fracture with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and thermo-sensitive acupoints catgut embedding.Methods 60 patients with postoperative constipation of thoracolumbar compression fracture were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with thermo-sensitive acupoints catgut embedding,while the control group was treated with oral lactulose solution for two weeks.The first defecation time,constipation severity score and clinical symptoms were used as observation indexes to evaluate the efficacy.Results The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the constipation severity score of the two groups after treatment and during follow-up was significantly better than that before treatment.The constipation severity score of the treatment group after treatment and during follow-up was significantly better than that of the control group,and the first defecation time of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion It is better to treat constipation after thoracolumbar compression fracture operation with Chinese herbal medicine and thermo-sensitive acupoints catgut embedding,which is better than oral lactulose solution.
