穴位埋线法治疗慢传输型便秘临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位埋线治疗慢传输型便秘的临床效果。方法筛选沈阳市第一人民医院慢传输型便秘患者,最终入组82例,随机分2组,各41例,对照组予常规西医治疗,治疗组加用穴位埋线法治疗。观察2组患者中医症状积分及生活质量评分改变情况,并比较2组临床疗效。结果2组中医症状积分均降低,且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05);治疗组相较于对照组,生存质量量表评分(PAC-QOL评分)下降更显著(P<0.05);对照组临床总有效率为80.49%(33/41),治疗组临床总有效率为95.12%(39/41),治疗组临床疗效更佳(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线法可以改善慢传输型便秘患者临床症状和体征,能够增加排便次数,改善大便质地,提高患者生活质量,对于慢传输型便秘有较好的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy in the treatment of slow transit constipation.Methods A total of 82 patients with slow transit constipation were selected from Shenyang First People’s Hospital.They were randomly divided into 2 groups,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding therapy.The changes of traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and quality of life score in 2 groups were observed and the clinical efficacy of 2 groups was compared.Results The scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in both groups were decreased,and the decrease was more obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05).Compared with control group,quality of life scale score(PAC-QOL score)decreased more significantly in treatment group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate was 80.49%(33/41)in the control group,95.12%(39/41)in the treatment group,and the clinical efficacy was better in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding method can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with slow transit constipation,increase the frequency of defecation,improve the quality of stool,improve the quality of life of patients,and has a good therapeutic effect on slow transit constipation,worthy of clinical application.
