摘　　要：卵巢巧克力囊肿又名卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿,是子宫内膜异位症的一种病变,根据其临床表现可将其归属于"癥瘕""痛经""月经不调""不孕"等范畴。瘀血内停是此病的基本病因病机,治疗当以调冲通督、健脾消痰、活血化瘀为主,火针疗法既可调控整体的气血运行,又能开闭决塞、祛邪以泻实;毫针则可"通其经脉,调其血气",火针与毫针相结合则经脉通、气血调,经血复归有序运行。Ovarian chocolate cyst of ovary,also known as ovarian endometriosis cyst,is a kind of pathological change of endometriosis.According to its clinical manifestations,it can be classified into"abdominal mass","dysmenorrheal","irregular menstruation","infertility".Stagnation of blood stasis is its basic cause and pathogenesis.The treatment should focus on regulating chong mai and dredging governor vessel,invigorating spleen and eliminating phlegm,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis.Fire needle therapy can not only regulate the operation of the qi and blood,but also dispel evil;filiform needle can"dredge its meridians and regulate its qi and blood".The combination of fire needle and filiform needle can dredge meridians,regulate qi and blood,and restore the orderly operation of meridians and blood.
