朴春丽教授解毒通络调肝降浊方治疗糖尿病合并高尿酸血症经验

摘　　要：随着社会的飞速发展,人民生活水平的日益提高,糖尿病等代谢性疾病的发病率也随之日益增加,其中糖尿病合并高尿酸血症的高发生率引起人们的重视。目前,西医单纯降糖、降尿酸治疗常使病情反复,血糖、尿酸水平的波动往往增加痛风、心脑血管疾病发生的风险,且有一定的毒副作用。朴春丽教授根据多年的临床经验,针对这一情况,常运用解毒通络调肝降浊方治疗糖尿病合并高尿酸血症,内外兼顾、标本兼治,临床疗效较好。With the rapid development of society and the increasing improvement of people’s living standard,the incidence of metabolic diseases such as diabetes also increases day by day.Among them,the high incidence of diabetes mellitus with hyperuricemia attracts people’s attention.At present,the treatment of pure hypoglycemic and uric acid in western medicine often leads to the relapse of the disease,and Fluctuations in blood glucose and uric acid levels tend to increase the risk of gout and cardiovascular disease and may has certain toxic and side effects.Professor Piao Chunli based on years of clinical experience,in view of this situation,Jiedu Tongluo Tiaogan Jiangzhuo prescription is often used in the treatment of diabetes mellitus with hyperuricemia,internal and external treatment of both symptoms and root causes,clinical efficacy is better.
