苍术-厚朴药对与其单味药中有效成分比较分析

摘　　要：目的探讨药对苍术-厚朴的配伍对苍术素、厚朴酚、和厚朴酚溶出率的影响。方法采用水煎煮法、乙醇回流提取法分别提取药对苍术-厚朴及其单味药中的有效成分,然后采用高效液相色谱法对苍术素、厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的含量进行分析。结果苍术-厚朴药对水提液,苍术-厚朴药对醇提液中苍术素、厚朴酚、和厚朴酚含量明显高于单味药材,其中苍术-厚朴药对醇提液中含量最高,分别为1.8486、1.0876、0.4840 mg·g^(-1)。结论苍术-厚朴药对在体外配伍后更能促进有效成分的溶出。Objective To investigate the effects of the compatibility of drugs with Atractylodes rhizome on the dissolution rates of atractylodes rhizome,magnolol and honokiol.Methods Water extraction and ethanol reflux extraction were used to extract the active components of Atractylodes rhizoma and magnolia officinalis couplet medicines and their single flavor.Then the contents of atractylodes rhizoma and magnolia officinalis were analyzed by HPLC.Results The contents of atractylodes rhizome and honokiol in the alcohol extract of Atractylodes rhizome were significantly higher than those of single herbs,and the contents of atractylodes rhizome and honokiol in the alcohol extract of atractylodes rhizome were the highest(1.8486 mg,1.0876 mg and 0.4840 mg·g^(-1),respectively).Conclusion Atractylodes rhizome and Magnolia officinalis couplet medicines can promote the dissolution of active ingredients after in vitro compatibility.
