苦酒膏的制备及临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：苦酒膏为医疗机构院内制剂,临床主要用于骨折及软组织损伤等疾病。现有多家医疗机构将苦酒膏进行改良,制成医疗机构院内制剂,临床需求高,疗效确切。文章将对苦酒膏的来源、处方组成、制备工艺、工艺改良、质量标准及临床应用进行综述,旨在掌握目前苦酒膏存在的不足,可通过尝试新工艺、新剂型、新方法、新质量标准等方式,为后续进一步研究开发提供参考依据。Kujiu cream is a hospital preparation for medical institutions,which is mainly used for fracture and soft tissue injury and other diseases.A number of existing medical institutions will be modified Kujiu cream,made into hospital preparation of medical institutions,which has high clinical demand,and is effective.In this paper,the source,prescription composition,preparation technology,process improvement,quality standard and clinical application of Kujiu cream are summarized,aiming to grasp the shortcomings of Kujiu cream at present,and provide reference for further research and development by trying new technology,new dosage form,new method,new quality standard and other ways.
