摘　　要：目的 探讨分析导乐分娩镇痛仪联合新产程时限管理在低危产妇中的应用效果。方法 选择2018年2月至2019年8月于我院分娩的43例低危产妇作为对照组,采用导乐分娩镇痛仪;选择2019年9月至2021年2月于我院分娩的43例低危产妇作为观察组,采用导乐分娩镇痛仪联合新产程时限管理。比较两组产妇的产程时间、分娩疼痛程度及分娩方式。结果 观察组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程时间均短于对照组,分娩疼痛程度轻于对照组,自然分娩率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 导乐分娩镇痛仪联合新产程时限管理应用于低危产妇中可缩短产程时间,减轻分娩疼痛程度,提升自然分娩率,应用效果显著。Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of Doula labor analgesia apparatus combined with new labor time limit management in low-risk puerperae.Methods 43 low-risk puerperae delivered in our hospital from February 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the control group,and given Doula labor analgesia apparatus.43 low-risk puerperae delivered in our hospital from September 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the observation group,and given Doula labor analgesia apparatus combined with new labor time limit management.The labor time,delivery pain degree and delivery methods were compared between two groups.Results The first stage,second stage and third stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the delivery pain degree was lighter than that in the control group,and the natural delivery rate was higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Doula labor analgesia apparatus combined with new labor time limit management in low-risk puerperae can shorten the labor time,reduce the delivery pain degree,and improve the natural delivery rate,with significant application effect.
