摘　　要：目的 探讨临床康复路径护理对腰椎间盘突出患者术后康复效果的影响。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年4月我院收治的106例腰椎间盘突出患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各53例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施临床康复路径护理。比较两组患者的腰椎功能、康复效果、生活质量。结果 干预后,观察组的ODI评分低于对照组, JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的生活自理、躯体、心理情绪评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 临床康复路径护理可促进腰椎间盘突出患者术后腰椎功能恢复,改善患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the influence of clinical rehabilitation pathway nursing on postoperative rehabilitation effect of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods 106 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to April 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received clinical rehabilitation pathway nursing on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The lumbar function,rehabilitation effect and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the ODI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the JOA score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self care,body and psychological emotion in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Clinical rehabilitation pathway nursing can promote the postoperative rehabilitation of lumbar function,and improve the quality of life of patients with lumbar disc herniation.
