摘　　要：目的 观察综合护理干预对垂体功能减退症患者精神状态与不良事件风险的影响。方法 选择2018年6月至2021年5月我院收治的60例垂体功能减退症患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各30例。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上采用综合护理干预。比较两组的精神状态、不良事件发生情况及护理满意度。结果 护理后,观察组的SAS、 SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的不良事件发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的23.33%(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理干预可有效改善垂体功能减退症患者的精神状态,降低不良事件风险,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on mental state and risk of adverse events in patients with hypophysis.Methods 60 patients with hypophysis admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on this basis.The mental state,adverse events and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events after nursing in the observation group was 3.33%,lower than 23.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 93.33%,higher than 70.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the mental state of patients with hypophysis,reduce the risk of adverse events and improve the nursing satisfaction degree,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
