安全护理模式结合疼痛干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者疼痛控制、生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察安全护理模式结合疼痛干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者疼痛控制、生活质量的影响。方法 将90例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者随机分为观察组(安全护理模式结合疼痛干预)与对照组(常规护理),各45例。比较两组的不良事件发生情况、疼痛程度和生活质量。结果 干预后,观察组的不良事件发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的28.89%(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组6点行为评分及NRS、 HAMA、 HAMD评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的躯体功能、认知功能、情绪功能、角色功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 安全护理模式结合疼痛干预可减轻腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的疼痛程度,减少不良事件的发生,提升生活质量。Objective To observe the influence of safety nursing mode combined with pain intervention on pain control and quality of life of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 90 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into observation group(safety nursing mode combined with pain intervention)and control group(routine nursing),with 45 cases in each group.The adverse events,pain degree and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 6.67%,lower than 28.89%in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the 6-point behavior score and the NRS,HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physical function,cognitive function,emotional function and role function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Safety nursing mode combined with pain intervention can reduce the pain degree of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,reduce the adverse events,and improve the quality of life.
