补阳还五汤联合针刺对脑梗死恢复期患者神经功能及血流变指标水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨补阳还五汤联合针刺对脑梗死恢复期患者神经功能及血流变指标水平的影响。方法:选取100例脑梗死恢复期患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各50例。在常规西医治疗基础上,对照组施以针刺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用补阳还五汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、神经功能、血流变指标水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%(48/50),高于对照组的82.00%(41/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度及血小板聚集率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤联合针刺治疗脑梗死恢复期患者效果较佳,可改善患者神经功能及血流变指标水平,效果优于单用针刺治疗。Objective:To explore effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction and acupuncture on nerve function and hemorheology index levels of patients with cerebral infarction convalescence.Methods:100 patients with cerebral infarction convalescence were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,50 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the control group was treated with acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction and acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,the nerve function,the hemorheology index levels and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%(48/50),which was higher than 82.00%(41/50)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,the whole blood low-shear viscosity,the whole blood high-shear viscosity,the plasma viscosity and the platelet aggregation rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture has a better effect in the treatment of the patients with cerebral infarction convalescence,and can improve the patients’neurological function and the hemorheology index levels.Moreover,it is superior to single acupuncture treatment.
