集束化护理在新生儿静脉输液中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察集束化护理在新生儿静脉输液中的应用效果。方法:选取80例静脉输液的新生儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组应用集束化护理,比较两组输液外渗发生率、不良反应发生率、护理质量评分和家长满意度。结果:观察组输液外渗发生率为5.00%,明显低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为5.00%,明显低于对照组的22.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理质量评分为(83.40±6.28)分,明显高于对照组的(79.56±6.46)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家长满意度评分为(84.72±5.12)分,明显高于对照组的(80.64±5.58)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理应用于新生儿静脉输液患儿可降低输液外渗发生率和不良反应发生率,提高护理质量评分和家长满意度评分,效果优于常规护理。Objective:To observe application effects of cluster nursing in neonatal intravenous transfusion.Methods:80 neonates with intravenous infusion were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group was given the cluster nursing.The incidence of infusion extravasation,the incidence of adverse reactions,the nursing quality score and the parent satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of infusion extravasation in the observation group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than 25.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than 22.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the observation group was(83.40±6.28)points,which was significantly higher than(79.56±6.46)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the parental satisfaction score of the observation group was(84.72±5.12)points,which was significantly higher than(80.64±5.58)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The cluster nursing for the neonates with intravenous infusion can reduce the incidence of infusion extravasation and the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the nursing quality score and the parent satisfaction score.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
