摘  要:油田开发长期以来始终面临套损井质量这个严峻的挑战。目前油田运用的水泥封堵、套管补贴等堵漏技术在老井套损井治理方面具有一定的技术及经济优势,但在套管治理后预采用体积压裂施工的井均存在缺陷,即满足不了高承压要求与套管缩径问题。因此高承压且保径的化学堵漏是一种较好的封堵方案。长庆油田华XX水平井出现上部套管损伤后,采用化学堵漏后成功试压55MPa,后期成功体积压裂16段,施工压力最高达到49MPa,试验效果良好。the quality of casing damaged Wells has been a serious challenge in oilfield development for a long time. At present, cement plugging, casing subsidies and other plugging technologies used in oil fields have certain technical and economic advantages in the treatment of casing loss in old Wells, but there are defects in the Wells pre-used volume fracturing after casing treatment, which cannot meet the high pressure requirements and casing shrinkage problems. Therefore, chemical plugging with high pressure and diameter retention is a good plugging method. After the upper casing damage occurred in the hua XX horizontal well of changqing oilfield,the pressure test was successfully conducted at 55 MPa after chemical plugging. Later, the volume fracturing was successfully performed at 16 stages, and the construction pressure reached up to 49 MPa. The test results were good.
