摘　　要：目的探索出更加科学有效的博士后管理举措。方法通过频数统计和分析,总结博士后管理工作情况,提出设想与建议。结果通过完善招收渠道,建立有效的激励机制,严把招收和出站质量关,加强国际学术交流等措施,提升流动站水平。结论博士后管理工作应该持续深入研究和探讨,并及时做出调整,满足博士后人才发展需求。Objective To explore more scientific and effective post-doctoral management measures.Methods Through frequency statistics and analysis,we summarized the post-doctoral management situation and put forward suggestions.Results Through improving recruitment channels,establishing effective incentive mechanisms,strictly controlling the quality of recruitment and exit,and strengthening international academic exchanges,the level of post-doctoral research stations can be improved.Conclusion Post-doctoral management should be studied and explored in depth continuously,and timely adjustments should be made to meet the development needs.
