摘  要:为探究北五味子种子发育过程中的生理特性和变化规律,采用测量观察和生理试验的方法,对北五味子种子发育过程中的形态和生理生化指标进行测定。研究表明:北五味子种子在整个生长发育过程中,种子大小整体先增长后无显著性变化,含水量下降后无显著性变化,可溶性糖含量先升高后降低,可溶性蛋白含量降低后升高再降低;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)降低后升高,过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)升高后降低再升高。种子发育后期,大部分生理生化指标趋于稳定。结果表明,座果期第10~40天是北五味子形态发育重要时期,座果期第40~60天是北五味子种子干物质积累的重要时期,对于北五味子种子采收,最早采收期为座果期的第60天,最佳采收期为座果期的第70~80天。In order to explore the physiological characteristics and changing laws of Schisandra chinensis seeds during the development process,the methods of measurement,observation and physiological experiment were adopted to determine the morphological and physiological and biochemical indexes of Schisandra chinensis seeds during the development process.Studies have shown that during the entire growth and development process of Schisandra seeds,the whole seed grows up and then has no significant changes.After the water content decreases,there is no significant change.The soluble sugar content first increases and then decreases,and the soluble protein content decreases and then increases.Decrease;superoxide dismutase (SOD) decreased and then increased,peroxidase (POD),catalase (CAT) increased and then decreased and then increased.In the later stage of seed development,most of the physiological and biochemical indicators tend to be stable.The results show that:The 10^(th)to 40^(th)day of the fruit setting period is an important period for the morphological development of Schisandra chinensis,and the40^(th)to 60^(th)day of the fruit setting period is an important period for the accumulation of dry matter of Schisandra chinensis seeds.For the harvesting of Schisandra seeds,the earliest harvest period is on the 60^(th)day of the fruiting period,the best harvesting period is the 70^(th)to 80^(th)day of the fruiting period.
