摘 要:为探究NETZSCH LFA427激光导热仪试验设定参数对激光闪光法测定样品热扩散系数结果影响,选取了石墨圆片为测试样品,通过调整不同的激光脉冲宽度和电压强度参数,对石墨样品热扩散系数进行了表征。试验结果表明,随着激光脉冲宽度或电压强度的增加,样品热扩散系数减小,且激光脉冲宽度对激光能量强度的影响要高于电压强度,适宜的测试参数设定为660~680V,0.6 ms。本文总结了设备参数设定对样品热扩散系数结果的影响规律,分析了参数设定对结果产生影响的原因。In order to explore the influence of the test parameters of NETZSCH LFA427 laser thermal conductivity instrument on the results of sample thermal diffusion coefficient measured by laser flash method,graphite disc was selected as the test sample,and the thermal diffusion coefficient of graphite sample was characterized by adjusting different laser pulse width and voltage intensity.The experimental results show that with the increase of laser pulse width or voltage intensity,the thermal diffusion coefficient of the sample decreases,and the influence of laser pulse width on laser energy intensity is higher than that of voltage intensity.The appropriate test parameters are 660~680V,0.6 ms.This paper summarizes the influence of equipment parameter setting on the results of sample thermal diffusion coefficient,and analyzes the reasons for the influence of parameter setting on the results.
