老年人视角的广州典型保障性社区养老服务配套差异性评价

摘　　要：研究以广州市的10个典型保障性社区为研究对象,开展针对老人的评价问卷调查(N=632)和现场质性观察。调查数据基于列联表分析、聚类分析,从老年居住人群认知评价的角度,揭示广州保障性社区养老服务与设施配套的差异特征、类型及其影响因素。研究发现,样本社区的总体满意度偏低,且不同社区和养老配套的评价差异明显,中低收入老人的年龄、自理能力、与子女合住情况等因素影响他们对养老条件的主观判断,社区区位及其养老生活配套结构特征影响老年人的满意度。Taking 10 typical indemnificatory housing communities as research object in Guangzhou,a field research was done by means of evaluation questionnaire(N=632) and qualitative observation from the perspective of the elderly.On the base of contingency table analysis,and cluster analysis,from the perspective of the cognitive evaluation of the elderly,the paper revealed some characteristics and type patterns of supporting services and facilities of indemnificatory housing community in Guangzhou,and analyzed deeply on internal differences,types and some soft and hard evaluating indicators about supporting services facilities.The study found that the overall satisfaction of the sample communities is low,and the evaluations of different communities and pension facilities are significantly different.Factors such as the age,self-care ability,and living with children of the middle-and low-income elderly affect their subjective judgment of the pension conditions.The location and the structural characteristics of supporting facilities for the elderly affect the satisfaction of the elderly.
