摘　　要：韧性理论的引入不仅能够丰富城市公共物品的功能机理和存在价值,而且为城市公共物品韧性功能的定位及评测实践提供理论依据,弥补城市公共物品功能结构的不足。与韧性理论相呼应,将韧性治理理念与功能评测融入城市公共物品供给范畴,突出城市公共物品面对各种风险挑战的储备能力、适应能力与应对能力,以韧性创意和参与主体为基点,构建城市公共物品别具一格的韧性功能内容结构,关注经济应对、目标发展、服务水平和环境保障之间的相互作用,并通过典型案例对城市公共物品韧性功能及其内容结构作出相应解释。The introduction of resilience theory not only enriches the functional mechanism and value existence of urban public goods,but also provides a theoretical basis for the"pricing"of urban public goods’ resilience function and function evaluation practice,and makes up for the shortcomings of traditional functional structure of public goods. Echoes with resilience governance,integrates resilience governance concepts and evaluation into the scope of urban public goods supply,highlights the reserves,adaptation and response capabilities of urban public goods to face various risk challenges,and builds urban public goods based on resilience creativity and participating subjects unique content structure of resilience function,focusing on the interaction between economic investment,target construction,organizational services and environmental protection,and through a typical case to explain the resilience function and content structure of urban public goods.
