院科两级监管在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控中的应用

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情暴发以来,各级卫生行政部门发布了诸多防控方案、指南、通知等,各医疗机构也据此制定了医院层面新型冠状病毒肺炎防控措施,但只有防控措施切实落地才能做好疫情防控工作。四川大学华西医院采取了院科两级监管的方式,通过明确院科两级监管内容、频率等,采取多形式监管,形成了覆盖全院的、完整的监管体系;通过监管,发现了防控工作中的风险点,并进行持续改进,以促进防控措施落地。该文介绍了四川大学华西医院院科两级监管在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控中的应用,为同行提供参考。Since the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),health authorities at all levels have issued many prevention and control schemes,guidelines,and notices,and medical institutions have also formulated hospitallevel COVID-19 prevention and control measures accordingly.However,the epidemic prevention and control work can only be done well when the prevention and control measures are effectively implemented.West China Hospital of Sichuan University has adopted the two-level(hospital-level and department-level)supervision.By clarifying the content and frequency of two-level supervision and adopting multiple forms of supervision,a complete supervision system covering the whole hospital has been formed.Through supervision,risk points in prevention and control were identified and continuous improvement was carried out to promote the implementation of prevention and control measures.This paper introduces the application of two-level supervision in COVID-19 prevention and control in West China Hospital of Sichuan University,providing a reference for peers.
