摘　　要：深刻认识碳达峰、碳中和工作的重要意义,从全生命周期出发,结合汽车拆解与资源利用,分析碳排放情况,合理组合生产要素,走出一条经济与环境和谐统一,节能与减碳相结合的新道路。就"双碳"形势下的汽车拆解园区化建设的提出、宗旨、内容和流程开展讨论,并根据具体工程规划实例进行分析,提出相关要点。With a deep understanding of the significance of carbon peak and carbon neutralization work, start from the full life cycle, this paper analyzed the carbon emissions of automobile dismantling and resource utilization, by reasonably composing production factors, explored a new road of harmony and unity of economy and environment, with both energy saving and carbon reduction. This paper discussed the proposal, purpose, content and process of the construction of automobile dismantling park under the situation of "dual carbon", analyzed the specific project planning example and put forward relevant key points.
