摘 要:废弃电器电子产品回收体系的不完善,行业内规范的回收管理标准的缺失,制约着我国废弃电器电子产品回收处理产业的健康发展。中国再生资源回收利用协会等单位联合编制的《废弃电器电子产品回收规范》为废弃电器电子产品规范回收提供了参考依据,为废弃电器电子产品回收监管提供了技术支撑,对推动废弃电器电子产品回收处理产业规范健康发展具有指导意义。结合废弃电器电子产品回收行业发展实际,详细解读了《废弃电器电子产品回收规范》的重点内容和实施要点,以期为规范废弃电器电子产品回收提供参考借鉴。The imperfect recycling system of waste electrical and electronic products and the lack of standardized take-back management standards restrict the healthy development of take-back and treatment of waste electrical and electronic products in China. The Group standard of "Specification of take-back on waste electrical and electronic product" jointly compiled by China Resource Recycling Association and other units,fills the gap,provides technical support for the supervision of the take-back of waste electrical and electronic products, and has guiding significance for promoting the healthy development of the take-back and processing industry of waste electrical and electronic products. Based on the actual development, this article interprets the key content and implementation points of "Specification of take-back on waste electrical and electronic product" in detail, in order to provide a reference for regulating the take-back of waste electrical and electronic products.
