摘　　要：分析了生活垃圾分类过程中存在的问题,以城市社区居民作为调查对象,采用线上线下问卷调查的方式对居民垃圾分类的影响因素开展调研分析。结果发现:政府垃圾分类的行为对居民开展垃圾分类影响较大;从计划行为理论来看,居民的行为态度、主观规范和感知行为控制3个因素对其开展垃圾分类有一定的影响;居民性别、年龄、学历及身份特征等的个体特征均不同程度影响其垃圾分类意愿。结合调研情况,提出了完善政府政策和提高政府参与程度、强化分类宣传和优化垃圾分类设施、引入社会资本和建立健全奖励机制等促进垃圾分类的对策建议,以期为南通市垃圾分类的实施提供必要的帮助。The problems existing in the process of domestic waste classification were analyzed. Regarding the urban community residents of Nantong as respondent, the influencing factors of residents’ waste classification were investigated and analyzed by means of online and offline questionnaire. The results showed that the behavior of government waste classification had a great impact on Residents’ waste classification.The residents’ behavior attitude,subjective norms and perceived behavior control had a certain impact on their garbage classification from the perspective of planned behavior theory. The individual characteristics such as gender, age, educational background and identity characteristics of residents affected their willingness to classify garbage to varying degrees. Combined with the investigation, this paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote waste classification, such as improving government policies and increasing government participation, strengthening classified publicity and optimizing waste classification facilities, introducing social capital and establishing and perfecting reward mechanism, which provided necessary help for the implementation of waste classification in Nantong.
