摘  要:采用熔融挤出的方法制备了玻璃纤维增强废旧聚丙烯(RPP)复合材料(GF/RPP),研究了不同挤出温度、螺杆转速、螺杆组合等工艺参数对玻纤增强再生聚丙烯材料性能的影响。结果表明:随着加工温度的上升,材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度都是先增大后减小,随着螺杆转速的增加,玻纤的保留长度逐渐降低,材料的拉伸强度先增大后减小,在转速超过400 r/min后,材料的强度开始下降。螺杆组合对比发现,增强螺杆剪切有利于玻纤分散,对材料的性能有提升。Glass fiber reinforced waste polypropylene(RPP) composites(GF/RPP) were prepared by melt extrusion.The influences of the extrusion temperature, screw speed, screw configuration on mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced waste polypropylene. The results show that: with the increase of extrusion temperature the tensile strength and bending strength of GF/RPP increases and then decreases. With the increasing of screw speed the retention length of glass fiber decreased gradually, the tensile strength of GF/RPP increases,when the screw speed over 400 r/min the tensile strength decreases. Compared with the screw combination, it was found that the reinforcement of screw shear is beneficial to the dispersion of glass fiber and the performance of the material is improved.
