仙子益真胶囊对DOR大鼠卵巢功能的影响及机制探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨仙子益真胶囊对DOR大鼠卵巢功能的影响,并探讨其机制。方法选用动情周期规律的60只SPF级雌性大鼠,随机分为空白组,模型组,仙子益真胶囊低、中、高剂量组(0.625,1.25,2.5g·kg^(-1)),西药组,每组10只。除空白组外其他组造模。14天后给药,干预28天后选择动情间期取材。比较各组大鼠体重、卵巢及子宫指数,观察子宫卵巢组织形态变化,并通过ELISA法检测大鼠血清性激素E2、FSH、LH、AMH的水平。结果仙子益真胶囊可提高DOR大鼠卵巢指数、子宫指数(P<0.05)。改善卵巢组织形态,高剂量治疗组可使DOR大鼠动情周期恢复至正常水平。仙子益真胶囊并可降低DOR大鼠血清FSH/LH值,且此作用可能与其剂量相关(P<0.05)。结论仙子益真胶囊可有效改善TG导致DOR大鼠卵巢功能,提高卵巢储备功能,改善其内分泌环境。Objective To explore the effect of Xianzi Yizhen Capsule(XZYZ Capsule) on the ovarian function of DOR rats and explore its mechanism.Methods Sixty SPF female rats with regular estrus cycles were randomly divided into blank group, model group, and Xianzi Yizhen capsule low, medium and high dose groups(0.625 g·kg^(-1), 1.25 g·kg^(-1), 2.5 g·kg^(-1)), western medicine group, 10 animals in each group.14 days after modeling, and 28 days after intervention, based on the estrous cycle of the rats, The estrous cycle smears were collected to monitor the changes of estrous cycle, and observed the morphological changes of ovarian tissue after 28 days of modeling at the estrus period. And the levels of serum sex hormones E2, FSH, LH and AMH in rats were detected by ELISA.Results XZYZ Capsule can increase the ovarian index and uterine index of DOR rats(P<0.05), and improve the morphology of ovarian tissue. The high-dose treatment group can restore the estrus cycle of DOR rats to normal levels.XZYZ Capsule can reduce the serum FSH/LH value of DOR rats, and this effect may be related to its dose(P<0.05).Conclusion XZYZ Capsule can effectively improve the ovarian function of DOR rats caused by TG, increase ovarian reserve, and improve their endocrine environment.
