摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶法、固相反应法和尿素水热法制备了铜钴摩尔比为1∶2的尖晶石氧化物催化剂,用于碳烟催化燃烧.结果表明,制备方法对铜钴尖晶石氧化物催化碳烟燃烧性能有较大影响.所制得的催化剂活性顺序为尿素水热法>固相反应法>溶胶凝胶法.催化剂采用XRD、BET、SEM、H_(2)-TPR、XPS和O_(2)-TPD等方法进行表征,发现尿素水热法制备的铜钴尖晶石氧化物呈现出带有孔隙的微小片状结构,可改善催化剂与碳烟颗粒的接触.此外,采用尿素水热法制备的催化剂具有较强的氧化还原性能、较高的Co^(3+)/(Co^(2+)+Co^(3+))比例和较多的活性吸附氧物种(O_(ads)).尿素水热法制得的催化剂的这些特性使其具有最佳的催化碳烟燃烧活性(T_(50)=414℃,S_(CO2)=96.6%).A series of Cu Co_(2)O_(4)spinel oxides were synthesized with three different routes,sol-gel(SG),solid state(SS)and hydrothermal(HT)methods with the aim of studying catalyst preparation method effect on soot oxidation under loose contact condition.The catalyst characterizations of XRD,SEM,BET,XPS and H_(2)-TPR were performed.The results showed that the synthesis method had great effect on the soot oxidation performance of the coppercobalt spinel oxides.The order of catalytic activity was HT>SS>SG.Among the prepared catalysts,the HT catalyst showed the best catalytic performance for soot oxidation with the lowest soot oxidation temperature(T_(10)=349℃,T_(50)=414℃,T_(90)=485℃)under 0.1%NO+10%O_(2)/N_(2)atmosphere.Results further showed that the HT exhibited the morphology of tiny flake structure with spherical particles,which improved the contact with soot.In addition,hydrothermal promoted more active Co^(3+)species exposed on the surface,larger amount of active adsorbed oxygen species and better redox properties,which resulted in the best catalytic oxidation performance for diesel soot.
