摘　　要：我们的研究重点放在腐蚀青少年罪犯法律意识的社会心理因素。基于对社会交往概念的分析,我们认为人与社交环境的关系表现在三个方面:(1)社交圈的支持;(2)自我评价;(3)人际影响。假设守法行为是由于希望得到他人的支持,依靠与他人相互依存的关系导致的。因此,社会群体中出现的违法行为是由于意识到缺乏他人的支持与合作及受到他人的贬损造成的。我们为了验证这一假设进行了一项实证研究。我们用了以衡量与社交圈关系的三个主观表征的调查问卷来收集数据。研究结果表明,违法者和守法者之间存在显著差异。人与人关系的质量是一个人的法律意识养成的前提条件。Our study focuses on the socio-psychological factors that corrupt the legal consciousness of youth offenders.Based on the analysis of the concepts of social interaction,we suggest that the relationship of a person with the social environment is represented in three aspects:(1)support of the social network;(2)social self-assessment,(3)interpersonal influence.The assumption is made that law-abiding behavior is caused by the desire to get the support of others,to count on their interdependence.Accordingly,unlawful behavior in social communities is caused by the awareness of the lack of support from others,their lack of cooperation and devaluation of the person.To test this assumption,we conducted an empirical study.A questionnaire measuring three aspects of subjective representation of relations with social network was used to collect data.Our findings demonstrate significant difference between the offenders and the law-abiding.The quality of relationship with others is a preconditions for development of legal consciousness of offenders.
