摘 要:选取16个不同倍性的芍药品种为亲本进行杂交试验,分析不同倍性芍药杂交的亲和性,并采用常规压片法对部分子代的倍性进行鉴定。结果表明:不同倍性芍药品种间杂交亲和性存在显著差异,亲和性由大到小为二倍体×二倍体、四倍体×四倍体、二倍体×四倍体、四倍体×二倍体、三倍体×四倍体、三倍体×二倍体。相同倍性品种杂交获得子代倍性保持不变,也未发现非整倍体。而不同倍性芍药品种间杂交子代可能出现二倍体至四倍体的倍性变化,甚至得到非整倍体。四倍体芍药品种不仅表型丰富,而且与其他倍性品种的亲和性都比较高,说明其具有较大的育种潜力。With16 herbaceous peony cultivars were selected as parents for cross test,the cross affinity of different ploidy herbaceous peony was analyzed and the ploidy of progenies were identified by using conventional tableting method.There were significant differences in cross affinity between different ploidy herbaceous peony cultivars,and the affinity in descending order of 2x×2x,4x×4x,2x×4x,2x×3x,4x×2x,3x×4x and 3x×2x.The ploidy of the progenies obtained by crossing the same ploidy cultivars remained unchanged,and no aneuploidy was found.The ploidy of the progenies obtained by different ploidy herbaceous peony cultivars may change from diploid to tetraploid,and even got aneuploidy.Tetraploid herbaceous peony cultivars were not only rich in phenotypes,but also had high affinity with other ploidy cultivars,indicating that they had greater breeding potential.
