摘 要:应用SolidWorks软件建立卧式加工中心立柱的三维模型,通过Simulation插件对立柱三维模型进行有限元静力学分析,得出立柱在最不利工况下的变形和应力分布。为提高卧式加工中心立柱的静态刚度,寻求更优的结构,对立柱模型填充实体后以最佳刚度质量比为目标进行拓扑优化,根据优化结果重新设计和布置筋型。对优化后的卧式加工中心立柱进行静力学分析,结果表明立柱静态刚度有明显提高,为其它类似零件的设计和优化提供了参考。The three-dimensional model of the column of horizontal machining center was established by using SolidW orks software,and the finite element statics analysis was carried out on the three-dimensional model of the column through the Simulation plug--in to obtain the deformation and stress distributions of the column under the most unfavorable working condition.In order to improve the static rigidity of the column of horizontal machining center and seek a better structure,after the column model was filled with solid,the topological optimization was carried out with the goal of best rigidity-to-mass ratio,and the rib was redesigned and arranged according to the optimization result.The statics analysis of the optimized column of horizontal machining center shows that the static rigidity of the column is significantly improved,which provides a reference for the design and optimization of other similar parts.
