摘 要:目的探讨内蒙古地区蒙古族人群RHCE、Lw、Duffy、Kidd、MNS、Scianna、Colton、Dombrock、Kell、Diego、Yt和Lutheran血型系统的32个抗原等位基因的分布情况,为建立本地区蒙古族的稀有血型库提供数据支撑。方法采用荧光PCR法对220名内蒙古地区蒙古族人群12种血型系统进行基因分型检测并作统计学分析。结果内蒙古地区蒙古族人群12个稀有血型基因频率依次为:1)RhCE,C=0.6136,c=0.3864,E=0.2659,e=0.7341;MNS,M=0.6091,N=0.3909,S=0.0636,s=0.9318,Mur=0;Duffy,Fy^(a)=0.8568,Fy^(b)=0.1432;Kidd,Jk^(a)=0.5227,Jk^(b)=0.4773;Diego,Di^(a)=0.0273,Di^(b)=0.9727,Wr^(a)=0,Wr^(b)=1;Dombrock,Do^(a)=0.1636,Do^(b)=0.8364。2)Kell,K=0.0023,k=0.9977,kp^(a)=0.0091,Kp^(b)=0.9909;Yt,Yt^(a)=0.9864,Yt^(b)=0.0136。3)Lw,Lw^(a)=1,Lw^(b)=0;Scianna,Sc2=0;Colton,Co^(a)=1,Co^(b)=0;Lutheran,Lu^(a)=0,Lu^(b)=1。220名蒙古族Lw血型、Scianna血型、Colton血型和Lutheran血型均为纯合子,基因型分别为Lw^(a)/Lw^(a)、Sc1/Sc1、Lu^(b)/Lu^(b)和Co^(a)/Co^(a)。结论内蒙古地区蒙古族人群RHCE、MNS、Duffy、Kidd、Diego、Dombrock血型呈多态性分布。MNS血型系统M/N基因频率的Hardy-Weinberg平衡法则的P<0.05,不符合遗传平衡法则,可能与我们检测的样本数量有关或者是发生了遗传改变。Kell、Lw、Scianna、Colton、Yt和Lutheran血型系统呈单态性分布。Objective To investigate the gene frequency and polymorphism of 12 RBC blood group systems,including RHCE,Lw,Duffy,Kidd,MNS,Scianna,Colton,Dombrock,Kell,Diego,Yt,and Lutheran blood group systems in Mongolian in Inner Mongolia,so as to provide data for the establishment of rare blood group registry in this region.Methods Twelve blood groups of 220 Mongolian people in Inner Mongolia were genotyped and analyzed by Fluo-PCR.Results The genes frequency of the 12 rare blood group was as follows:1)RhCE,C=0.6136,c=0.3864,E=0.2659,e=0.7341;MNS,M=0.6091,N=0.3909,S=0.0636,s=0.9318,Mur=0;Duffy,Fy^(a)=0.8568,Fy^(b)=0.1432;Kidd,Jk^(a)=0.5227,Jk^(b)=0.4773;Diego,Di^(a)=0.0273,Di^(b)=0.9727,Wr^(a)=0,Wr^(b)=1;Dombrock,Do^(a)=0.1636,Do^(b)=0.8364.2)Kell,K=0.0023,k=0.9977,Kp^(a)=0.0091,Kp^(b)=0.9909;Yt,Yt^(a)=0.9864,Yt^(b)=0.0136.3)Lw,Lw^(a)=1,Lw^(b)=0;Sc2=0;Colton,Co^(a)=1,Co^(b)=0;Lutheran,Lu^(a)=0,Lu^(b)=1.The 220 Mongolian people with Lw,Scianna,Colton and Lutheran were all homozygous,and their genotypes were Lw^(a)/Lw^(a),Sc1/Sc1,Lu^(b)/Lu^(b)and Co^(a)/Co^(a),respectively.Conclusion The RHCE,MNS,Duffy,Kidd,Diego and Dombrock blood types of Mongolian population in Inner Mongolia are polymorphic with certain distribution characteristics.The MNS blood group system does not conform to the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium(P<0.05),which may be related to the sample size or genetic changes.Kell,Lw,Scianna,Colton,Yt and Lutheran showed a monomorphic distribution.
