摘　　要：CD36抗原作为一种模式识别受体,参与机体一系列的病理生理过程,其在输血医学中也一直备受关注。本文将从CD36的发现、结构及其表达情况,CD36抗原缺失的类型及频率,抗-CD36与输血相关免疫性疾病的关系等作一简要综述。As a pattern recognition receptor,CD36 antigen participates in a series of pathophysiological processes,and has well been documented in transfusion medicine.This article reviews the discovery,structure and expression of CD36,the type and frequency of CD36 antigen deletion,as well as the relationship between anti-CD36 and transfusion-related immune diseases.
